We deal in a comprehensive array of real property transactions that ranges from representing our Clients in sale and purchase of properties i.e. freehold, long term and short terms leases, sectional properties, transfers both in the manual space and the digital platform (Ardhisasa), subdivision, leases and change of user. We also provide advice on acquisition and disposal of land, conduct due diligence, negotiate agreements on behalf of clients and draft contracts suited to client’s needs. We also represent banking and financial institutions and their customers in all aspects of the banking, mortgages and loan securitization both in the manual and the digital space.

We deal with incorporation of companies, societies, organizations and other legal entities, commercial contracts, commercial negotiations and corporate restructuring and re-organization, mergers and acquisitions and taxation and tax disputes. We further deal with registration and renewal of patents, trademarks and copyrights and also litigate on infringement of the registered rights.

Our advocates are well equipped to handle all matters that involve employer-employee relationships emanating from the employment contract. These matters range from drafting and negotiating employment contracts, employment matters litigation and rendering legal opinions to employers and employees alike.
